Delete your account
Entyti Medical
You can ask us to delete your Entyti Medical account and the shop data stored with it at any time. You do not need to be signed in to make the request.
How to request deletion
- From the app: open Settings and tap Delete your account. It prepares the request for you.
- Or by email: info@entyti.com from the email address you sign in with, telling us your shop name.
We confirm the request with you first, so an account is never deleted on someone else's say-so.
What gets deleted
- Your login and profile.
- Your shop record and the business data in it: products, batches, purchases, suppliers, bills, sale items, returns, customers, payments, uploaded logo and stored bill PDFs.
What we keep, and for how long
We keep the minimum required by Indian tax and accounting law: records of what we invoiced you and payments you made to us. These are our own financial records, not your shop's operating data, and they are kept for the retention period the law sets.
Backups roll off on their own schedule, so a copy may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days after deletion before it is overwritten.
How long it takes
We action verified requests within 7 days and confirm by email when it is done.
Export first
Deletion cannot be undone. If you want your records, export them from Reports and Inventory, or ask us for an export, before you request deletion.
