Entyti Medical ("the app") is shop-management software for independent chemists and pharmacies, operated by Entyti. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done under your account, including logins you create for your staff. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
What the app is for
The app records your shop's stock, purchases, bills, customers and payments, and reports on them. It is a business record-keeping tool. It does not give medical advice, does not dispense or recommend treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified pharmacist's judgement. Any over-the-counter suggestion shown by the assistant is general information about stock you already hold, and the pharmacist decides what is sold.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app only for a lawful pharmacy or retail business, and follow the drug, tax and record-keeping laws that apply to you, including prescription and Schedule H requirements.
- Check what you enter. Bills, tax figures, stock counts and reports are produced from your data, so their accuracy depends on it.
- Do not attempt to access another shop's data or break the app.
Your data
Your shop's data stays yours. We store and process it to run the app, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your records, and you can ask us to delete your account and data at any time: see Delete your account.
Plans, trials and charges
Some features are included free, and others are part of a paid plan. Free trials run for the period stated when the trial starts. Plan changes and any charges are agreed with us directly; the app itself does not take payment from you. Prices and plan contents may change, and we will tell you before a change affects you.
Availability
We work to keep the app available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Features that need the internet (the AI assistant, scanning, voice, WhatsApp sending) will not work while you are offline.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and ask for deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if an account is used unlawfully.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date.
